How do I create a story?
Tap the "Create Story" button on the home screen. You'll be guided through selecting a child profile, choosing a theme and tone, adding characters, and any custom instructions. The story will be generated in about 30-60 seconds.
How do tokens work?
Each story costs 25 tokens. New accounts receive 200 free tokens (8 free stories). You can purchase additional tokens through the app. Token purchases are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I add a child profile?
Go to the Profile section and tap "Add Child." Enter your child's name, age, and customize their avatar. This information is used to personalize stories and ensure age-appropriate content.
Can I share stories with family?
Yes! You can share generated stories with family and friends. Stories can be viewed within the app or shared as PDFs for printing or digital sharing.
Are the stories safe for children?
Absolutely. All stories are generated with child-safety in mind. Our AI is specifically trained to produce positive, age-appropriate content. We also have content filters in place to ensure safety.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion in two ways: (1) In the app, go to the Profile screen and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom, or (2) use our online deletion request form below. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Why is my story taking a long time to generate?
Story generation typically takes 30-60 seconds. If it's taking longer, please ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app.
Can I get a refund for unused tokens?
Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. Please contact them directly for refund requests.

Delete Account & Data
If you wish to delete your Our Story account and all associated data, you can request account deletion below. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Submitting this request will permanently delete:
- Your account and login credentials
- All family member profiles
- All saved stories and generated images
- Purchase history and token balance
Note: Data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Any unused tokens are non-refundable upon account deletion.

- Close the app completely and reopen it

Login Issues

Purchase Not Showing
- Pull down to refresh your token balance
